Frequently asked questions

What makes your reviews genuine?

Each of our reviews is written with a 100% unique digital identity. We use several layers of security to ensure that Trustpilot detects no anomalies.

How can I be sure that your service is reliable?

We don't have a magic method to earn your trust, but we do have something:

We're so confident in the quality of our service that we'll refund you for every review that's deleted.

Just in case, a simple email and we'll take care of everything.

Why not write the reviews myself?

We invite you to give it a try (we've been there too).

On the face of it, you shouldn't have any problems with your first 2-3 reviews (and then some...).

Once this quota has been reached, Trustpilot will have no trouble understanding that these reviews are not authentic and will delete them.

Why not just make my customers happy?

Good luck!

Not that customers are easy to please, but rather that even if they are, Trustpilot will do everything it can to keep your score as low as possible. We'll explain:

Trustpilot's business model is based on their subscription (the price of which is set according to your number of monthly orders).

It's not written down very clearly anywhere, but the calculation of the average score is based on subjective factors over which only Trustpilot has control.

And guess what? To get a good score on all of these factors, you need to subscribe, and nowhere is this clearly stated.

What are the risks?

We take the risks!

You are not responsible for what happens on a third-party site, even if it refers to you.

Since you are not the administrators of Trustpilot, you cannot control the reviews that customers leave. These fake reviews may well have been ordered by someone else.

Do you use bots?

No !

In order to guarantee the reliability and authenticity of our reviews, each one is posted by hand, following the route that a normal user would take.

How did you find this method?

Initially e-traders, we've always found it difficult to maintain a decent Trustpilot rating.

So we wanted to try out the existing services. Of the 6 we tried, none worked properly (2 of them never even posted reviews).

So our geek looked into the matter until he found a robust enough solution to get round Trustpilot's algorithms.

When will I receive my reviews?

The programming campaign starts the day after you place your order.

Notices will then be scattered according to the options you chose when placing your order.

No notices will be published on Saturdays and Sundays. As we publish each review manually, we ask you to respect our privacy (we're black hat, but we're still human).

What if my reviews are deleted?

We won't lie to you, it can happen.

On average, 90-95% of our reviews survive for more than 2 months, but there are still 5-10% to be taken into account.

For these reviews, you can send us a message, and we'll refund you in proportion to the reviews that have been deleted.
